These solid blades are a different animal — no snapping segments, no wobbling, and one blade lasted me through two full sheets of drywall plus flooring underlayment cuts. The Japanese steel is not a marketing gimmick. Buying the 10-pack was smart.

These are noticeably thicker and stiffer than standard utility blades. Sliced through roofing felt and shingle underlayment without flexing. Only minor complaint is they fit a bit snug in my older knife, but that's likely the knife's fault. Will reorder.

They hold an edge longer than cheap hardware store blades, for sure. But through fiberglass insulation they dulled about as fast as I expected any blade to. Decent value at 10 for $11, just don't expect miracles.

Ordered these for my standard 25mm snap-off knife and they're solid, meaning no snap-off points, which I actually knew. What I didn't realize was that the thickness makes them jam in the track. Check compatibility before ordering.

Cut through kraft-faced batts cleanly without tearing the facing like my old blades did. Edge retention is genuinely better. Would have liked a dispenser case, but at this price, whatever.
