These fit my AK-5 like a glove and the tips are impressively fine. They fit my older AK-1 too, which the listing mentioned, but tolerances felt slightly looser there. On the AK-5 though, they're flawless.

Nice and sharp for paper and vinyl work, but I dulled the first blade quickly cutting rubber gasket material. Probably not the intended use. For their actual purpose — detail crafting — they're good. Just set expectations.

I've been building military models for over 25 years and these are now the only blades I buy. The needle tip lets me lift the tiniest misaligned decal corner without damage, and cutting custom masks around canopy frames requires exactly this level of precision. The carbon steel takes a very fine edge and doesn't dull halfway through a masking session. Thirty blades will last me well over a year. Quality has been consistent across the three packs I've ordered.

Several blades arrived with bent or blunted tips — the packaging is just a paper sleeve with no real protection. The few intact ones cut nicely, but half the pack was compromised. Needs better packaging for such delicate tips.

I use these for weeding vinyl and cutting freezer-paper stencils. The needle tip reaches corners my other blades can't. They're not indestructible — fine tips never are — but at this price per blade, I don't mind swapping often. Would buy again.
