The Calabrian olive wood handles are warm and beautifully figured. At $100 for this set I genuinely feel like I got away with something.

Blade quality is exactly what you'd expect from forged Solingen steel — sharp, balanced, and holding edges well after four months. The olive wood is gorgeous.
