Bought two — one for me, one for my brother's birthday. He loved the fox engraving. Blade takes and holds an edge well, and the stainless version means no worries about rust. Only note: the oak swells slightly if you soak it, so don't put it in the dishwasher like my brother did.
The engraving and heritage are lovely, no complaints there. Mine was quite stiff to open out of the box and needed some wax and working in. After a week it smooths out nicely. Docking stars for the break-in period, but it's a good little knife.

The Virobloc on mine didn't lock securely — it spun freely and slipped when pressure was applied. Support sent a replacement that works perfectly, and I actually love that one, but quality control on the first unit let me down.
One for each of my kids' hiking packs. The animal engravings made them feel personal — everyone got a different animal. Blades were all sharp and centered. Simple design, easy to maintain, and teaching the kids to care for a real tool has been a bonus.
Slim, lightweight, and it disappears in a pocket. I use it for boxes, cord, apples, whatever comes up. The oak has picked up a nice patina over a few months. Blade steel sharpenens easily on my Opinel stone. Only wish it had a pocket clip, but that's not really the Opinel way.
